The Constranet platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Constranet and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our services.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may suspend services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constranet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
